We currently ship to the following locations:

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic Shipping (India)

3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
4. Tracking Your Order
- Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit our "Track Order" page or the courier website to check delivery status
- If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us
5. Delivery Information
5.1 Delivery Address
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you
- Address changes must be requested immediately after placing the order
5.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to unavailability, the courier will make additional attempts
- You will be notified via SMS/email for redelivery scheduling
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees
5.3 Missing or Lost Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or the building reception
- Verify the delivery address
- Contact us within 48 hours for assistance
- We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution

- These items ship after the production period

Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Delayed Packages
